Currently we do not sell any product and thus for registration fee no refund is initiated once registered.
The below mentioned policies are for products only.
Returns – Policy and Process
- Returns can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to thecraftstation.in@gmail.com
- In the message, please include order number, product name, product size and the reason for raising a return for the item.
- All orders can be returned after return confirmation from our side.
- Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
- Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
- The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
- All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.
- Items made custom for you can not be returned.
- Orders cancelled within 24 Hours will be refunded.
Returns – Refund Process
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request.
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
- Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email.
Cancellations – Policy and Process
- Cancellation requests are not accepted before the product is shipped.
- Cancellation requests can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to info@swasthyadiets.com
- For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed via bank transfer.
